Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Shipping is available to the 48 contiguous U.S. states only. We do not ship Axolotls to California, the District of Columbia, Maine, or New Jersey due to state regulations.

If you choose to have a replacement shipped, the reshipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
