In the rare event of a DOA, a full refund (minus shipping) will be issued.

Buyer must be available to receive the package upon delivery.

For DOA claims, please provide clear photos of the animals in the sealed bag and original packaging (with shipping label visible) within 2 hours of delivery.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you choose to have a replacement shipped, the reshipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
